Im Stadttheater Gießen gastiert das hr-Sinfonieorchester Frankfurt diesmal unter Leitung der Dirigentin Delyana Lazarova und mit hr-Solo-Cellisten Peter-Philipp Staemmler sowie einem wieder attraktiven, vielfarbigen Programm. Die aus Bulgarien stammende junge Delyana Lazarova wird dabei nicht nur eine anrührende Orchestermusik Lili Boulangers erlebbar machen, sondern auch die zwischen Realität und Traum changierende nächtliche Welt im Cellokonzert des französischen Klangmagiers Henri Dutilleux. Und auch Beethovens dynamische und harmonische Kontraste seiner 2. Sinfonie, der die Verzweiflung über seine zunehmende Ertaubung und Isolation überhaupt nicht anzumerken ist, wird sie klangvoll in Szene setzen.
